According to Glints, the first challenge millennials face is economic, caused by the impact of previous economic crises and capital losses. In the world of work, millennials are often associated with stigmatization in the workplace and cross-generational differences in working styles, which can be challenging. Property ownership is also a challenge due to the high consumption of millennials. Managers need to be able to adapt to change and not feel stressed as millennials are more likely to seek real work and get bored quickly in the workplace. Millennials also value their own experiences and strengths, so they need to focus on that. This research uses a qualitative approach. This article uses library inquiry techniques, or library investigation, to copy data and understand theories found in relevant literature. The data used for this purpose is undoubtedly a precedent study of related arguments, such as libraries, journals, and scientific articles. Christian Religious Education (CHE) plays a crucial role in holistic education. Through PAK, millennials are guided to cultivate Christian values such as love, peace, honesty and justice. It also plays a role in shaping a moral and virtuous character based on the example of Jesus Christ. In addition, PAK equips millennials with a strong moral and ethical foundation, helps them make responsible and moral decisions, and guides them to live their lives in accordance with Christian values. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with True Experimental design Posttest Only Control statistics. The population is all class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Sitiotio for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 103 people. The sample was determined using a technique taken deliberately (purposive sampling) with the specified conditions that the material being experimented on was in that class, namely class IX-B with 36 people as the experimental class and class IX-C with 7 people as the control class. The research instrument used a 26-item closed questionnaire. The t test used is the separated variance t test according to the analysis requirements, namely n1≠n2 and the variance of the two sample groups is not homogeneous. The results of hypothesis testing obtained a value of t = 11.233 &gt; t table = 2.691, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Jehovah's Witnesses in the Tarutung congregation have a different view from the non-Jehovah's Witness Toba Batak community regarding ulos. The aim of this research is to find out how Jehovah's Witnesses in the Tarutung congregation perceive the giving of ulos in Toba Batak traditional activities in Tarutung. This research uses a qualitative research method with the research approach used, namely the ethnographic research method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that Jehovah's Witnesses from the Tarutung congregation do not accept ulos in Toba Batak traditional activities because they view ulos as containing spiritual values that can bless human life and this is contrary to Biblical principles. However, Jehovah's Witnesses can receive or give ulos if it is simply given as a gift without having to give it in a manner that is in accordance with Batak customs. This research uses qualitative research methods using observation, interviews and documentation. Arrangement comes from the Dutch word Arrangement, which means adjusting a musical composition to the number of singers' voices or musical instruments based on an existing composition so that the essence of the music does not change. The arrangements influence the formation of the rhythm and harmony produced by the quarted band ensemble at GPdI Agave Bangun. The results of the research show that the problem of this research is that the drum and bass, which are the main components in the quarted band ensemble, are out of sync between the two instruments which will affect the quality of the arrangement. The piano is often melodic but can also be an accompaniment instrument, the piano playing pattern becomes a rhythmic fulcrum that will change the character and dynamics of the song. Reharmonization of the piano chords is the main reason the writer arranged the song I want to follow Jesus by changing the character of the song from sad to straightforward. Substitution chord theory, voicing and slash chord techniques are the main ingredients for researchers in composing. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, with the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 212 people. Random sampling was taken, namely 20% of the total population, namely 42 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.489&gt;rtabel=0.304 and tcount=3.546&gt;ttable=2.021 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personality competence of PAK teachers and the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. . b) Regression equation. c) The determination test revealed that the influence was 23.91%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=12.566&gt;Ftable=3.23, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Human philosophy analysis encourages us to question the essence of humanity, ethics and moral responsibility held by individuals, especially those with power such as a principal. Battering as a physical act raises questions about the limits of power and human rights, and highlights inequalities in teacher-student relationships. Furthermore, it considers the psychological and emotional impact on victims of beatings as well as the long-term consequences on students' self-confidence and motivation to learn. The research method used is a quantitative method with an inferential approach. The population is all 143 Protestant Christian students in Class IX of SMP Negeri 1 Baktiraja, Humbang Hasundutan Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year and a sample of 51 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 36 items, namely 18 items for variable the following data: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.527 &gt; rtable(=0.05,n=51) = 0.297. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.340 &gt; ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=49)= 2.021. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="28.09"+0.53X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 27.8%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount &gt; Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=20, dk denominator=n-2=51-2=49) namely 18.81 &gt; 1.51. Tanpa adanya kesadaran siswa untuk saling berkolaborasi dalam belajar akan membuat dirinya mengalami ketertinggalan di kelas. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai model <em>cooperative learning</em> sebagai pendekatan mengajar yang Alkitabiah untuk meningkatkan kerja sama siswa. Penulisan artikel ini dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data dari dokumen-dokumen ilmiah yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan topik yang sedang didalami. Peneliti melakukan analisis data dengan cara mereduksi yang mengungkapkan hasil bahwa implementasi model <em>cooperative learning</em> sebagai pendekatan mengajar yang Alkitabiah untuk meningkatkan kerja sama siswa dapat dilakukan dengan guru mendorong siswa saling berkerja sama dan saling melayani, guru membantu siswa memahami materi secara utuh, guru membantu siswa untuk saling memotivasi dalam pertumbuhan rohani di komunitasnya, guru mendorong siswa saling mengingatkan untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai Alkitabiah dalam aktivitas sehari-hari, guru membantu siswa memiliki inisiatif saling berkolaborasi sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap sesama.
